The Joint Entrance Examination which is also known as JEE Advanced is going to be held on 20th May 2018. It is conducted by IIT Madras. The JEE advanced examination is the second level exam for taking admission in the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology. Lakhs, of students, apply every year to get admission in B.Tech in these reputed colleges of India. To be a part of this JEE Advanced exam a candidate had to be among the top 2,20,000 candidates qualified from the JEE Mains exam.  The seat allotment will be done on the basis of JoSAA Counselling.

JEE Advanced 2018 Cut Off Marks

The JEE Advanced 2018 cutoff will be released on 11th June along with the results. This year also lakhs of students have applied for the exam in around 120 cities in India and 6 cities abroad for Paper I and Paper II of JEE Advanced. It has estimated 11032 undergraduate engineering seats at the IITs. The JEE Advanced 2018 cutoff is expected to be lower this year. It may be below 100 as only less amount of students have applied for the entrance exam this year. It will be available after the declaration of JEE Advanced Result 2018. JEE Advanced Merit List 2018

The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the student in the JEE Advanced Entrance Exam 2018.The candidate who has given both the exam of JEE Advanced is considered to be eligible to come on the Merit List. After the preparation of the Merit List, counseling will be done and candidates will be allotted to their colleges.
